Update. Read extended description. 
A couple of changes after a pull request. After the pull request, 3 streams were added. EGP for Radio Bremen changed (tvg-id=RadioBremen.de).

Update of the file names! 
With the Kodi add-on IPTV-MERGE by Matt Huisman you can then combine any .m3u files into one file, which you then use as a list in the PVR IPTV Simple Client.
